You play a vital role in our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes. Your key responsibilities include data collection, accuracy, and promoting continuous improvement (CI) progress. You will also contribute to maintaining our department's KPI scorecards.

How You Will Contribute
  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques to support our daily management system (DMS).
  • Help teams collect and extract data to support CI activities and the DMS.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
  • Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.
What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

  • CI and high-performance work systems experience.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
  • Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment.
  • Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
  • Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.
  • Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process.
  • Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.
Key Requirements
  • 80% field work.
  • Back-up line leader/IL6S Manager.
  • Core FI team: knowledge of losses and resolving losses (waste, improvement of line yield...).
  • IL6S Coach, excellence.
  • Driver of the IL6S approach at the factory level.

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.

Specific Requirements
  • IL6S knowledge: functioning in pillars, CIL, basic conditions (machines), autonomy of teams (cleaning and lubrication point).
  • Lean manufacturing: Root Cause, 5 Whys.
  • Analysis: loss guarantor (PARETO).
  • Change management.
  • Transverse management.
  • Team development.
  • Ability to address any client.
  • Strong safety/quality culture.
  • Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.
  • Fluent English: 20% of the time in English B2.
  • Results-oriented/prioritization.
  • Positive/resilience.
  • Proposition force.
  • Rigour/method/analytical spirit.
  • Retrospection.
