Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Partner & Account Executive - Healthcare Solutions to drive our channel partner initiatives in France. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare institutions, including hospitals and medical schools, to promote our market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the healthcare market.
  • Manage the entire channel partner program, ensuring compliance and consistency in operations.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets for channel partners, providing necessary support to meet these objectives.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including International Sales, Marketing, and Training, to enhance the channel partner experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
  • Identify challenges faced by channel partners and implement effective solutions.
  • Coordinate training and certification programs for channel partners' sales teams.
  • Assist in demand generation through strategic marketing campaigns aligned with international objectives.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel partner program.
  • Represent the company at local and international conferences to showcase our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in selling complex healthcare solutions or services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in building long-term relationships and maintaining rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Location: Flexible office or remote work options available.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, approximately 30-40% of the time.
