In the context of the administrative and technical division, you will take charge of supervising IT initiatives and ensuring the functionality of business applications within the general resources sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for IT initiatives across the organization.
- Assess functional requirements within the division.
- Create detailed specifications.
- Oversee user projects throughout the development phase.
- Implement new applications.
- Undertake departmental projects as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to software users and conduct training sessions.
- Develop training and communication resources.
- Supervise software specialists.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
- Create control and management tools.
- Recommend new functionalities.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in IT, relevant administrative and IT experience with specific software, expertise in ELISE software, project management skills, familiarity with standard office tools, understanding of administrative processes, ability to work collaboratively, promote the evolution of practices, attention to detail, and a high level of discretion.
