Leasecom's Operations Department is planning to establish a Data Analytics team that will play a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and uniformity, supporting business development, automating processes through rigorous data management, and managing operational and financial risks.
- Centralize and address the company's data needs for reporting purposes, business activity management (Business Intelligence / Customer Intelligence),
- Innovate by using Leasecom's data statistically to automate and optimize processes,
- Take over the management of our scoring grid configuration and work on evolving the risk vision within the company,
- Ensure the quality and reliability of data from the data mart created by the team. All data in this data mart is included in the data catalog created and maintained by this team,
- Ensure data governance within the company.
The purpose of this team is to ensure data quality and the relevance of scoring models used in the company, and to innovate by integrating new modeling techniques.
The ultimate goal is to drive the entire company through Data.
Within this team, the data analyst apprentice will have the following main missions:
- Data Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain scoring models to optimize process performance and automation, including taking over the approval score and improving the Gini, and creating a score for partners by defining partner types.
- Data Quality: Participate in defining and implementing standard methods and tools for assessing and improving data quality. Collaborate in setting up data governance. Participate in designing, developing, and maintaining data quality devices to promote quality controls upstream.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand the company's needs and translate them into analytics requirements. Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable and personalized information to business areas for anticipation.
- You are a student in a Bac+4/5 engineering school (such as ENSAI, ENSAE, Centrale..) specializing in data analytics, data science, or mathematics.
- You are proficient in office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have good writing and oral expression skills.
- You are known for your rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, as well as your analytical and synthesis skills.
Contract type: apprenticeship contract for 12 to 24 months
Meal vouchers, 37 hours per week, 10 to 12 days of RTT / year, 50% reimbursement of transportation pass.
Location: Paris 15th arrondissement.
