We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist Apprentice. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of payroll processing, working closely with experienced professionals.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Receive and input payroll data accurately and efficiently.
  • Calculate final balances and ensure the integrity of time and attendance records.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll payments and social charges.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll department by supporting various administrative tasks.

About You:

  • Possess a strong educational background in Human Resources or Payroll Management, from high school diploma to bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer software applications and possess excellent data entry skills.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
