Position: Nighttime Culinary Specialist
Reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine, your primary responsibilities and essential functions will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Recognize the significance of and demonstrate a commitment to our 'Culinary Culture'.
- As a Culinary Specialist, you will exhibit a readiness and eagerness to learn all aspects related to your professional growth.
- Collaborate fully with the Sous Chef and Chef de Parties on duty to ensure optimal production levels.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings, daily specials, and promotional items relevant to your operation.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with the recipes and standards set forth by the Chef de Cuisine and/or Sous Chef, including conducting quality checks and tasting all food prior to service.
- Uphold cleanliness and maintenance of all workspaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with EcoSure and Servesafe standards, supporting the directives of your Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties. Accurately complete all EcoSure temperature logs.
- Maintain proper product rotation in all refrigeration units to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Actively contribute ideas, opinions, and suggestions during daily shift briefings.
- Ensure accuracy in storeroom requisitions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
This position necessitates:
