Mission / Profile
Your role will involve supporting the team leader or project manager in executing the following tasks:
  • Implementing project management processes and tools for local IT or project teams (quality, cost, delivery).
  • Developing and overseeing the training plan for the IT or project team.
  • Introducing project methodologies, including Agile practices, to local IT or project teams.
  • Establishing new ITIL processes (project management, incident management, etc.) for local IT or project teams.
  • Deploying a knowledge management solution.
  • Providing on-the-job coaching.

Required Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and/or PMO functions.
  • Strong background in change management.
