Job Title: Pre-School Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-school Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of the pre-school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the provision of high-quality childcare services
- Supervise and support staff
- Plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of children
- Ensure the pre-school's health and safety policies are implemented
- Monitor and evaluate the pre-school's performance
- Liaise with parents and carers
- Contribute to the development of pre-school policies
Requirements: A recognised Level 3 qualification in early years and childcare, experience in a nursery or pre-school setting, and excellent knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum.
