Job Summary

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of products in the central production unit. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Product Receipt and Storage

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for receiving and storing products in a safe and efficient manner. This will include verifying product quantities, checking for damage or defects, and storing products in designated areas.

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. This will include verifying order quantities, checking for product availability, and communicating with the production team to ensure timely delivery.

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking product quantities, expiration dates, and storage locations. This will include conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for implementing a first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation system to ensure that older products are sold or used before newer products.

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, as well as communicating with the production team to ensure that products are available when needed.

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for ensuring that products are stored and handled in a manner that maintains their quality and safety.

The Warehouse Stock Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, product movement, and quality control data. This will include ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Experience

The Warehouse Stock Manager should have experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.

The Warehouse Stock Manager should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or logistics.

The Warehouse Stock Manager should possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Warehouse Stock Manager should have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
