We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at TCR International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, distribution, and storage of assets within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage budgets and schedules for transportation and logistics operations
- Coordinate with transport companies and forwarding agents to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Handle customs regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate freight transportation information to customers and negotiate with suppliers
- Use IT systems to manage delivery times and transport costs
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics and administration, with a focus on shipment management in an industrial or project-related environment
- Knowledge of customer export and import procedures and documentation
- Proficient MS Office 360 skills, with knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French, both spoken and written
