Junior Legal Intern in Real Estate
We are seeking a motivated intern to support the Legal Division of our organization. This role involves engaging with various legal matters concerning diverse real estate initiatives.
- Support legal experts in multiple responsibilities, including:
- Offering guidance and assistance to operational teams throughout different phases of real estate projects (conducting research, performing analyses, drafting reports),
- Managing pre-litigation and litigation cases, particularly in real estate law, construction law, and urban planning law, in collaboration with legal counsel,
- Evaluating and drafting a variety of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence essential to project execution (such as sales contracts, commercial and residential leases, construction agreements, project management contracts, etc.),
- Coordinating with insurance providers and external consultants in the event of claims,
- Addressing certain aspects related to corporate governance (powers of attorney, management agreements, cash management contracts, etc.),
- Preparing legal training sessions for internal stakeholders,
- Ensuring compliance with the Group's legal framework: monitoring legislative, regulatory, and case law developments, drafting informational notes, documents, and standard contracts.
In this capacity, you will assist legal professionals in advising various departments to foresee and mitigate legal risks while promoting effective pre-litigation management of cases. Your versatility and adaptability will enable you to contribute to all service activities.
