Your Responsibilities:- Assess Fitness Levels & Design Personalized Programs: Evaluate guest fitness levels and health conditions to create tailored exercise programs that cater to individual needs and aspirations.
- Guide & Motivate Guests: Provide clear instructions on exercises, offer modifications as needed, and consistently motivate guests throughout their fitness journey.
- Promote Wellness Practices: Educate guests on the safe and proper use of gym equipment, emphasize healthy lifestyle choices, and share insights on nutritional habits for optimal well-being.
- Lead Engaging Sessions: Conduct both individual and group training sessions, incorporating diverse fitness techniques and trends to keep workouts dynamic and engaging.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research new exercise methodologies and industry advancements to enhance your expertise and offer guests the latest fitness solutions.
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or in a similar role within a health club setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various fitness programs, ranging from fundamental exercises to advanced training regimens.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Current certifications in CPR and first aid.
- A high school diploma; a degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is highly desirable.
