We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Botify. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing revenue base with global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within our Enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted partner.
  2. Drive a customer-centric approach to all engagements Botify has with the customer.
  3. Gain in-depth knowledge of client organisations, including key players, reporting structure, budget cycles, growth goals, and strategic initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with our Program Managers and SEO Strategy Managers to ensure customers see maximum value from the partnership.
  5. Own the entire renewal process, from discovery to contract completion.
  6. Cultivate new business opportunities through product expansions, upsells, and cross-sells.
  7. Lead quarterly business reviews, owning a value-based commercial narrative and business outcome.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of relevant experience in the SEO or broader digital technology space, with demonstrated success in demanding environments.
  2. Authentic passion for helping customers grow their businesses and hit their targets.
  3. Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy.
  4. Goal-driven, with abilities to identify clear paths to positive outcomes in complex scenarios.
  5. Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  6. Dependable, honest, and trustworthy in communication both internally and externally.
  7. Ambitious, energized by being part of a high-performing team.
