About the Position
Are you an experienced HR leader with a comprehensive grasp of the French employment landscape? Do you excel in guiding HR strategies and nurturing talent development? If this resonates with you, we have a remarkable opportunity for you as a Cluster HR Manager.
We are a prominent organization with a significant footprint in Western Europe, covering regions including France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. As we expand, we are in search of a dedicated HR professional to oversee our HR operations in France and play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial leadership across France, Iberia, and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR leader for the Western Europe Cluster, including locations in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
- Provide support to the Cluster Head, HR Director EMEA, Global Head of HR Operations, and the Cluster Team on all HR-related issues.
- Ensure the implementation of divisional and group-wide HR initiatives at the cluster level.
- Drive talent management and succession planning efforts within the cluster.
- Co-manage the recruitment process for managerial and key specialist roles (GG12 and above) while overseeing local hiring.
- Lead and implement HR initiatives aimed at organizational development in alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the compensation and performance management processes within the cluster.
- Promote employee engagement across all countries within the cluster.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations at the country level.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience across key HR domains; international work experience is a plus.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or Management; a postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of another language within the cluster is advantageous.
