We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR team in France and play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial Heads across France, Iberia, and Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives and fostering talent management within our Western European cluster.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team in France and provide strategic guidance to Commercial Heads across the cluster.
- Develop and execute HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Oversee talent management and succession planning for the cluster, ensuring the development of high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with the HR Director EMEA and Global Head HR Operations to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead compensation and performance management processes, ensuring fairness and equity across the cluster.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations at the country level.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR leadership, with a strong track record of driving business results.
- Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
