In this pivotal role, you will manage multiple operations, lead a team of engineers, and ensure projects are completed successfully regarding quality, cost, and timelines. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, guaranteeing their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee resource allocation and assess workload requirements.
  • Lead a dedicated team of approximately ten professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Direct construction activities, including the creation and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Supervise execution studies conducted by contractors, ensuring a cohesive technical project overview.
  • Coordinate all construction efforts until project completion.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with third-party contractors.
  • Facilitate effective communication: organize and conduct meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports on project status, including any potential delays.
  • Manage financial and budgetary components of projects, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Organize and supervise technical inspections and testing procedures.
  • Identify and resolve any outstanding issues that may arise during the project.

We invite candidates with a technical engineering background and a minimum of ten years of experience in managing large-scale tertiary projects within engineering firms, design agencies, or contracting companies to apply. Your strong leadership qualities, organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail will be essential for success in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges are also vital.

Proficiency in MS Project is a prerequisite.
