Mission

Vous êtes chargé(e) de gérer l'activité commerciale d'une boutique de prêt à porter luxe, en assurant l'excellence dans les pratiques de vente, la gestion du personnel et les opérations quotidiennes.

Responsabilités

  • Vente et Management
    • Assurer l'excellence dans les pratiques de vente, conformément à la politique du groupe, superviser le service client et renforcer la relation clientèle.
    • Superviser les performances commerciales de la boutique, notamment les ventes en cours, le trafic et les positions des vendeurs.
    • Fixer des objectifs de vente SMART à vos équipes et transmettre les résultats de vente à la direction commerciale.
    • Veiller à l'esthétique du magasin et demander toute maintenance technique nécessaire.
  • Développement et gestion du personnel
    • Recruter et gérer l'intégration du personnel de la boutique en collaboration avec la direction des ressources humaines.
    • Organiser et/ou animer des formations régulières pour améliorer les compétences de chacun.
    • Fixer les objectifs collectifs et individuels, suivre les résultats et évaluer régulièrement la performance quantitative et qualitative de chacun.
  • Opérations
    • Respecter et appliquer les politiques et procédures de la société, en s'assurant que toutes les directives soient observées dans la boutique.
    • Superviser les plannings de présence et les congés annuels pour assurer la bonne couverture de la surface de vente.
    • Surveiller et optimiser les coûts, notamment les fournitures générales, la nourriture et les boissons.

Compétences requises

  • Solide expérience en management dans le prêt à porter luxe ou premium.
  • Forte culture du résultat et goût pour l'excellence.
  • Grand sens du service, goût du challenge.
  • Excellent relationnel, capacité à communiquer avec enthousiasme.
  • Passionné(e) par la Maison Giorgio Armani et suivi de l'actualité.
