Job Title: Senior International Legal Counsel

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior International Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our global operations, ensuring compliance with international employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our global operations, including employment law, labor relations, and international mobility.
  • Develop and implement HR projects at a group level, focusing on harmonizing and developing practices and policies on compensation, benefits, recruitment, and career management.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, including production, technology, social relations, data protection, corporate tax, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility teams, to ensure social law implications are considered in innovative projects.
  • Support corporate projects, transformation, and evolution of organizations at an international level.
  • Contribute to leadership teams and support working groups created around innovative projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong legal education in social law, with a solid experience in similar positions in international contexts.
  • At least one significant experience within an international company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Precise legal analysis skills and excellent writing abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems based on risk analysis, with a positive mindset, intellectual creativity, adaptability, and agility.
