Senior Legal Counsel

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our business teams, ensuring compliance with international employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise and support business teams on employment law matters, including compensation and benefits, intra-group mobility, recruitment procedures, and employee representation.
- Participate in the definition, implementation, and support of HR projects at a global level, focusing on harmonizing and developing practices and policies.
- Collaborate with operational teams, including production, technology, social relations, data protection, corporate tax, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility teams, to ensure social law implications are considered in innovative projects.
- Support corporate projects, transformation, and evolution of organizations at an international level.
- Occasionally advise and support HR teams on international litigation management.
- Strong legal education in social law, with a solid experience in similar positions in international contexts.
- Curiosity about foreign legislations and HR practices, with a solid international legal culture.
- Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Precise legal analysis skills and excellent writing abilities.
- Ability to solve problems based on risk analysis, with a positive mindset, intellectual creativity, adaptability, and agility.
