Real Estate Strategy & Execution

As an International Real Estate Project Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping Crédit Agricole CIB's global real estate footprint. You will contribute to the development and implementation of our real estate strategy within the established Real Estate Master Plan framework.

Project Management & Oversight

Your responsibilities will encompass managing and executing diverse real estate projects, including renegotiations, relocations, openings and closures of locations, as well as purchases and sales. You will collaborate closely with local teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Financial Stewardship & Reporting

You will prepare comprehensive project files for review and validation by the CACIB Real Estate Projects Committee. Your contributions will also extend to managing overall real estate spending, monitoring its trajectory, and participating in asset valuation campaigns. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate data repositories.

Legal & Compliance Support

Your expertise will be invaluable in providing input and assistance during the drafting of legal documents related to real estate transactions.
