As a member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from planning to delivery. Your tasks will include:
- Governance
- Prepare meeting materials and minutes
- Update the project schedule
- Ensure the proper functioning of project instances
- Monitor project budget
- Knowledge Management
- Map knowledge needs and structure the documentation repository
- Ensure the proper storage and dissemination of project content to stakeholders
- Facilitate the reuse of documents and produce reusable decks for teams
- Continuously improve the knowledge management process
- Internal/External Communication
- Identify and animate necessary communication channels (Teams, Confluence, etc.)
- Map communication needs
- Produce content (newsletters, FAQs, etc.)
- Facilitate information dissemination
- Onboarding of New Team Members
