Adecco Medical is seeking a dedicated Full-time Nurse (m/f) on a permanent contract (CDI) for a client specializing in home healthcare. This role offers a vibrant and engaging work atmosphere, emphasizing high-quality patient care and the professional growth of its staff.
You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Contract Details: Full-time position with immediate start.
Working Hours: Day shifts of 10 hours, either from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm or 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, 4 days a week, with one weekend worked out of two, and no on-call responsibilities.
Compensation: Starting salary of 2,131 EUR per month, inclusive of SEGUR bonus, with additional bonuses for Sunday and public holiday work. Seniority bonuses based on qualifications and experience, plus a 13th-month salary.

Your responsibilities within the home hospitalization service will include a variety of treatments such as cancer care, palliative care, and management of chronic or post-surgical wounds. Your key tasks will encompass:

  • Engaging in care projects and their execution
  • Administering prescribed treatments
  • Assessing and managing patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team
  • Implementing care protocols and supervising assistants
  • Adhering to professional standards and patient care guidelines
  • Encouraging preventive, relational, and educational care approaches for patients and their families
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a BAC+3 degree in nursing. Essential qualities include strong communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, patience, and empathy. While prior experience in home healthcare is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
A valid driving license (manual) is required.
