Job Description

You are joining the Relationship and Customer Service (CSR) team at Natixis Interépargne (NIE). In this team, our goal is to answer the questions of employees of corporate clients, in the context of employee and retirement savings, through all the channels available to them.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

Take charge of incoming calls and ensure their follow-up and smooth progress; Ensure effective communication with your hierarchy and all other NIE departments; Assist new advisors with a training and support role; Take charge of employee questions and requests via new communication channels: chat, email, social networks, etc.
