The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Insurance Claims Specialist to join our growing team within the Large Accounts & International department. This department focuses on supporting major clients in real estate development, social housing, and large institutional sectors both nationally and internationally.
Your Role
As a Construction Insurance Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving construction insurance claims. You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and evaluating construction insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
- Negotiating settlements with claimants and third parties to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- Preparing comprehensive reports and documentation related to claims handling.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including underwriting, production, and legal, to ensure efficient claim resolution.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers to provide exceptional service.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a Bac+2 degree in law or insurance law, with a focus on construction risk management.
- At least 2 years of proven experience handling construction insurance claims.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and office tools.
