Job Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Create and oversee employment agreements (permanent and temporary) along with their amendments.Employee Onboarding: Organize and supervise the onboarding process for new hires, interns, and apprentices, including necessary documentation and formalities.Personnel Administration: Maintain and update employee records, track personnel movements, manage health check-ups and insurance documentation, and issue various employment certificates.HR Information System Management: Input employee departures, execute relevant processes, and ensure the accuracy of contractual information.Attendance Monitoring: Address time discrepancies and manage attendance records.Leave Administration: Oversee leave requests including maternity, vacation, and other absences.HR Integration:
HR Process Standardization: Assist in the formalization and enhancement of human resources processes.Involvement in HR Initiatives: Contribute to the organization of integration events and the evolution of processes and technological tools.Candidate Profile:
Possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in pursuit of a Master's in Human Resources.
