The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs for Assistants Maternels and Family Assistants, with a focus on facilitating group dynamics and ensuring the achievement of learning objectives.
The trainer will also be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients
- Utilizing active and diverse teaching methods to promote learning
- Using validated training resources
- Collecting feedback from trainees
