Position: Nuclear Safety Analyst

Organization: IRSN

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses and derive insights from incidents or occurrences related to nuclear reactors, both domestically and internationally.
  • Oversee the evaluation of critical safety incidents and compile detailed reports for both national and international regulatory agencies.
  • Engage in the yearly review of the overall safety status of nuclear reactors in France.
  • Offer technical assistance to the regional division of the Nuclear Safety Authority during their inspection processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess an engineering or academic background with at least 5 years of experience in the nuclear sector.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness coupled with strong analytical and communication capabilities.

Remote Work: Available on a regular basis.
