We bring the transformation and performance improvement expertise to work hand-in-hand with L.E.K. sector experts, who bring deep market understanding. This enables us to deliver tangible results corresponding to the defined strategy.
What we are looking forWe are seeking a highly analytical and skilled professional to join our Organisation & Performance practice as an Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant.
You will be in charge of the modelling and the management of an autonomous module on transformational or performance improvement projects. Our Associate Consultant role offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of operational challenges.
The nature and pace of our projects facilitate the rapid development of a highly analytical skill-set, which is underpinned by a structured training program. Together, these elements provide exceptional preparation for any future opportunity in business transformation positions, both in the corporate and investment world.
Requirements for the roleWe are looking for a professional with:
- ~3 years experience minimum in a range of the core O&P capabilities: performance improvement (in product development, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, support functions), transformation programme management and/or M&A post-merger integration;
- ~ Superior analytical skills combined with demonstrated expertise in consulting approaches or in internal audit or transformation for corporates;
- ~ Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client management;
- ~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- ~ Highly collaborative and intellectually curious, able to quickly assess a situation and generate new insights and actionable ideas;
- ~ Fluency in French and English.
