About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Amazon Security OpRes team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated systems, leveraging your strong background in modern software development practices, technologies such as AWS services, Python, and data engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that drive real impact
  • Mentor junior developers and lead technical projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security incident response through automation and innovation
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in professional software development, with a strong background in modern software development practices
  • Programming experience with at least one software programming language - Java, Python, or TypeScript
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English (C1)
