Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager for one of our clients, a specialized company in excavation, to lead a Second Oeuvre project.
The main tasks of this position will be:
- Finalize the project execution plan with the construction manager and participate in establishing the work schedule, budget, and operating procedures.
- Order the necessary human resources and materials in accordance with the construction manager's instructions.
- Prepare, plan, and supervise the site on a daily basis.
- Lead and motivate the production teams by relying on team leaders.
- Ensure the implementation of safety equipment and the respect of safety, quality, and environmental norms.
- Manage stock and material orders.
- Prepare and transmit site reports.
- Monitor the project execution.
Required Profile
You are dynamic and motivated, and you have obligatory experience in marble and tile laying.
