Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Finance Manager to join our Paris Finance Team. The successful candidate will support the Paris Commercial Finance Director and the Leadership Team in defining the long-term strategy for the system, including long-term TOM (Target Operating Model) development, and translating it into a Financial and Commercial Plan.

This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the quality of support provided to France BD Chair and to the local Management team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in consulting firms, with a Finance background ideally.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Foundation Financial & Management, Accounting & Performance reporting, Strategy and Planning
  • Excellent English Skills (verbal & written communication)
  • Able to manage interactions with Senior Management leadership
  • Thinking digitally: picking up new technical skills and knowledge quickly, being comfortable using a range of digital collaboration tools
