About the Job:
- Collect and categorize various work documents from the Back Office: purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, integration notes.
- Feed databases: enter information, work sheets into the order table (saisie on Excel).
- Meet with buyers to gather information related to orders.
- Import order data into the company's system.
- Generate shipping labels: print product labels, cut them, and store them for delivery.
- Match and verify electronic delivery notes with orders and invoices.
- Alert logistics and/or buyers of any discrepancies.
- Request supplies from vendors.
- Monitor and update the logistics activity table (tableau activité dépôt) daily.
- Perform various administrative tasks (correspondence, classification, archiving).
- Correct errors on product sheets: purchase price, sales price, nomenclature, classification, etc.
- Prepare and send BtoB sales invoices to clients.
- Fill out and communicate customs documents related to our Swiss warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and support for warehouses and stores: headquarters and stores.
Requirements:
- You hold a minimum of a Bac +2 degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a purchasing center or in the retail textile industry.
- You are proficient in computer tools.
