We are currently seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join our client's team.
The role of the Business Process Innovation Engineer is pivotal in driving organizational performance through systematic methodologies and enhancements.
This position emphasizes Operational Excellence, fostering operational relationships, and collaborating closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the 'site enhancement project' roadmap in collaboration with Operational Managers
- Aid in the implementation of internal QRQC and SQDCP practices
- Develop and sustain essential performance measurement tools
- Elevate the LEAN maturity across involved organizations
- Ensure compliance with internal group and client operational protocols
Desired Profile:
- Recommend actionable improvement strategies
- Deploy appropriate improvement methodologies tailored to site specifics: VSM / KAIZEN / LEAN / PVA / SIX SIGMA / DATA ANALYSIS / KANBAN / POKA YOKÉ / 5S
Required Skills:
