Mission Statement

At Ledger, we're committed to making the world of digital assets accessible and secure for everyone. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our ecosystem by identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with top players in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and outreach to potential partners that align with Ledger's strategic goals
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners
* Collaborate with partners to explore and define potential services that can be developed on Ledger's platform
* Develop proposals and business cases for new service opportunities
* Create and execute joint promotion plans with partners to maximize the business impact of the services
* Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the relationship lifecycle
* Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between Ledger and its partners
* Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the partnership
* Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions
* Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies and objectives
* Track and analyze the performance of the full team partnerships and associated services

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the software or cryptocurrency industry
* Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Willingness to travel as required
