Talent Management Strategy & Digital Application Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Talent Management Strategy & Digital Application Senior Manager. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing our talent management strategy, with a strong focus on digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify, evaluate, select, and implement a new Talent Management tool that aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and OneHR teams to implement and integrate the chosen TM tool across the organization (hotels & HQs).
  • Support cultural transformation initiatives by fostering a workplace environment that embraces digital tools and data-driven talent management strategies.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan to promote the benefits and adoption of the new TM tool within the organization (Hubs & Maisons).
  • Ensure that talent management strategies and digital applications are integrated into the overall business model to support sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Data-Driven Talent Management:
  • Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent management initiatives. Use data insights to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent strategies.
  • Develop and implement user-friendly data visualization tools and dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of talent metrics and performance trends.
  • Use data analysis to continuously refine talent management processes and ensure that strategies are aligned with both business objectives and employee needs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with the Digital Team, OneHR team, and Data Analysis team to ensure seamless implementation of TM strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, while advocating for best practices in talent management.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can enjoy a range of benefits, including access to special employee rates, learning programs, and other perks.
