Caudalie, a leading French natural cosmetics company specializing in vinotherapy, seeks a dedicated Sales Professional to represent our brand within the Ferrara, Forlì, and Ravenna region.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our esteemed brand by fostering strong relationships with pharmacy partners and driving sales success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Ensure smooth product launches and maintain optimal inventory levels within assigned pharmacies.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, directly engaging with pharmacy staff to promote Caudalie products.
  • Brand Ambassador: Conduct captivating product demonstrations and beauty treatments, showcasing the unique benefits of our skincare solutions.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute impactful commercial events to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Development: Provide ongoing training and motivation to pharmacy staff, enhancing their knowledge and enthusiasm for Caudalie products.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new clients within the assigned territory, expanding our reach and market presence.
Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for the beauty industry and proven success in sales.

  • Industry Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the cosmetics sector, particularly within the skincare category.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrate a strong track record of achieving sales targets in both sell-in and sell-out environments.
  • Pharmacy Channel Experience: Direct experience working within the pharmacy channel is highly advantageous.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to team success.

A valid driver's license is essential, as this role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory. Fluency in English and/or French is a valuable asset.
