Position Overview
Role Summary
As a key player at Yves Saint Laurent SAS, you will take charge of the planning management for two dynamic and expanding categories: Accessories and Rive Droite/Lifestyle. Your role will focus on the meticulous oversight and management of these robust business segments.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
1/ Strategic Business Planning
- Formulate and sustain sales strategies in partnership with all relevant teams.
- Modify plans in response to market trends and organizational objectives.
- Disseminate plans across various regions.
- Oversee Open to Buy and track monthly expenditures.
2/ Product Launches and Seasonal Planning
- Monitor production processes until delivery to the warehouse.
- Ensure timely delivery to retail locations.
- Coordinate replenishment efforts with the Merchandising teams.
3/ Reordering of Carryover Products
- Align forecasts with the schedule for store openings.
- Determine monthly requirements and demand forecasts.
- Place orders and track delivery schedules.
4/ Leadership and Team Development
- Guide and support the development of your team.
- Facilitate change management within the team.
- Encourage the professional advancement of team members.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have 7-10 years of experience in buying or planning, preferably within the retail or luxury industry. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, along with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this role.
