Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their internet and IP services are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide Level 1 support for internet and IP services, including monitoring and managing alarms for infrastructure in our data centers
  • Control access to Cogent sites and manage maintenance from our suppliers and other vendors
  • Collaborate with our European centers in Spain and Germany to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required; knowledge of other European languages is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a similar role a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
