Mission and Key Objectives

Support the Social Media and Retail initiatives for Nissan France through collaboration with two teams within the Marcom entity. Ensure effective project management aimed at enhancing Nissan's presence across social platforms and improving communication efficiency for dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Assist in the administration of a social content calendar focused on Nissan products and communication activities. Collaborate with agencies to create engaging social media content and develop guidelines and recommendations for dealerships.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and provide insights to creative teams for future content development.
  • Advertising Content Oversight: Manage advertising content for the dealership network, leading the monthly production of promotional materials based on product activity and local media guidelines. Coordinate the entire process, including agency briefs, creative follow-ups, legal checks, internal validations, and final delivery.
  • Content Platform Management: Oversee the online content distribution platform for dealerships, ensuring it is consistently updated and that communication assets are delivered on time. Provide monthly reports on downloads and usage of communication materials to support future content recommendations.
  • Internal Support: Assist the team with internal presentations and monthly newsletters.
  • Social Media Development: Aid in the creation of social media content for Nissan and its dealerships.
  • Guideline Creation: Participate in developing guidelines and tools to guide and support local marketing efforts, including local communication strategies and media campaign deployment by the network. Collaborate with Nissan experts and agencies to create media training and develop promotional materials for local dealership events.
Background & Experience
  • Master's degree in Marketing/Communication. Previous experience in marketing and/or the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French.
  • Strong project management abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, team player with a creative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license.
Internship Details

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: 1300 euros/month

Additional Benefits: 100% reimbursement of public transport pass, access to company restaurant, and cinema tickets.
