About the Role
As a Senior Public Law and Contracts Lawyer at AMF, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the institution's compliance with public procurement regulations and laws. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the technical teams and contributing to the development of the institution's procurement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the procurement teams, ensuring that all procurement processes are compliant with public procurement regulations and laws.
- Contribute to the development of the institution's procurement strategy, including the planning and coordination of procurement activities.
- Review and analyze procurement documents, ensuring that they meet the institution's requirements and are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in the negotiation and award of contracts, ensuring that the institution's interests are protected.
- Monitor and report on the execution of contracts, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of public procurement laws and regulations, ensuring that the institution is up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the institution's procurement activities are aligned with its overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Public Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public procurement law or a related field.
- Proven expertise in public procurement law and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
