About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrialization Project Manager to join our team at Stäubli. As a key member of our industrialization team, you will be responsible for leading industrialization projects, components, or products, and collaborating with our Industrialization Manager to define, select, and implement equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans and identify necessary resources (material, human, and financial)
  • Lead industrialization projects: product development, qualification of means, start-up of lines...
  • Contribute to the selection of partners: suppliers, subcontractors, or service providers, and organize associated flows
  • Perform cost estimates, economic studies, and participate in investment decisions
  • Coordinate and animate multidisciplinary teams dedicated to industrialization projects
  • Ensure compliance with quality, quantity, cost, and deadline objectives, reporting progress to your hierarchy and Project Steering Committees
  • Guarantee the archiving of all key documents and contractual documents of projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree + 5 years in a field related to industrial engineering (mechanical, product engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Particular skills:
    • Project management and risk analysis
    • Transversal management, team animation
    • General mechanics
    • Automation and assembly solutions
    • Flow management
    • Continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing)
  • Language: Proficiency in English
  • Qualities: proposal force, rigor, pragmatism, tenacity
