Regulatory Urban Planning Officer

As a key member of the Ville de Tremblay-en-France team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Urban Planning Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality urban planning services to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the evolution of regulatory urban planning documents (PLU, PLUi, SCOT, SDRIF-e) in response to territorial changes;
- Supervise and validate urban planning permits issued by service agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Guarantee adherence to procedures and deadlines;
- Pilot the digitalization of the instruction process and support the service in optimizing the Cart Ads software;
- Provide expert advice and support to project developers, analyzing feasibility and technical pertinence, and encouraging collaborative work to promote harmonious community development;
- Represent the service in cross-functional meetings and collaborations with other departments and external partners;
- Ensure the follow-up of contentions and pre-contentions with the City's jurist;
- Manage and track procedures related to urban planning code infractions;
- Conduct a watch on urban planning regulatory and technical matters.
A minimum of a higher education degree (bac+3) in urban planning, public law, or architecture is required. Ideally, the candidate will have prior experience as a service manager or a confirmed experience as an instructor.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide innovative solutions.
