Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in daily team activities such as:

Handling Customer Inquiries

  • Greeting customers, listening to them, and supporting them empathetically;
  • Asking necessary questions to gather useful information;
  • Based on the information collected, advising customers effectively to meet their needs.

Managing Customer Files

  • Performing all operational tasks necessary for proper customer file management;
  • Keeping customers informed of any developments regarding their files.

Administrative Tasks

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and appropriately;
  • Participating in scheduled training sessions and team meetings;
  • Updating and entering customer information into the system.

Your Profile

  • You are pursuing a minimum BAC+2/3 degree with a specialization in commerce and seeking an internship as part of your studies;
  • You are proficient in French. Any additional language skills will be considered a plus;
  • You are dynamic, enthusiastic, positive, and have excellent teamwork skills;
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority;
  • You are comfortable with office tools and CRM.
