Position Overview

Company: ADMR

ADMR is seeking a dedicated AIDE SOIGNANT (H/F) to enhance our healthcare services. This role may be offered as a permanent or temporary contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver essential hygiene and comfort care along with preventive health measures
  • Assist in assessing the needs of individuals and communicate findings to the care services coordinator
  • Engage in activities that prevent dependency and encourage independence
  • Ensure the living environment is clean and organized, including bed-making and care equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and relay observations to maintain seamless care
  • Provide information and support to individuals and their families
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Must possess the State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (DEAS) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant collective agreement
  • Open to both experienced professionals and newcomers based on the responsibilities assigned
  • Demonstrated autonomy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, discretion, adaptability, observational skills, analytical mindset, and teamwork
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory
