Our Power Systems DCX (Digital Customer Experience) team is focused on implementing digital tools that improve the purchasing journey for our clients. We provide a comprehensive digital experience via cloud-based applications for configuring medium voltage products, including distribution boards and circuit breakers.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, reporting to the DCX Program Manager, you will be situated in a collaborative environment with 25 engineers in Grenoble. Your primary responsibility will be to assess business workflows, foresee requirements, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. You will engage in continuous evaluations of business operations and devise strategies for optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to grasp their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Convert business requirements into clear and precise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to craft innovative solutions that address business needs.
  • Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Deliver project findings, recommendations, and updates to diverse audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and identify risks or deviations from the established plan.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Desired Skills:
  • A Business Analyst certification is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical, adaptable, independent, and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience in web technology development and software platforms.
  • Knowledge of the power systems sector is essential.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
