Job Overview
As part of a newly created position to support our growth and reporting to the agency manager, you will serve as the CRM Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
Human Resources :
Develop the human capital and expertise of your teams Contribute to the recruitment process for Digital teams Supervise and motivate the teams under your leadership Conduct career follow-ups for team members (annual and semi-annual reviews, training and certification plans based on agency needs...)Business Development :
Lead the pre-sales process (commercial proposals, service presentations...) for projects aimed at guiding and advising clients on CRM challenges Support the commercial growth of the CRM activityMarketing :
Assist in promoting Digital Services' marketing offerings (webinars, in-person events, article publications...)Project Delivery :
Oversee commitments made to clients Manage teams, select delivery methods, and utilize expertise as needed Potentially contribute to certain project phases Ensure financial oversight of CRM activities and projects Act as the point of reference for various project stakeholders (partners, clients, vendors...)Consulting :
Maintain technological awareness, evaluate and compare market solutions Lead and execute consulting missions Conduct scoping missions to analyze client needs and organization, propose architectural scenarios, tool selections, comprehensive solutions, and implementation plansGovernance :

Qualifications
Beyond skills, we are also looking for a distinctive personality.
Ideally, you have 10 years of experience in an IT services environment.
