Job Description
In a dynamic team of 10 professionals, you will work under the supervision of the Head of Procurement and Contracts service to carry out administrative and technical tasks related to purchasing activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase requests
- Entering and following up on supplier data
- Preparing and following up on quotation requests for indirect purchases
- Negotiating with suppliers on commercial conditions for small value orders
- Processing and following up on purchase orders
- Providing support to engineers and technicians in the purchasing process
Required Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical degree in purchasing, international business, or business administration
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Organizational, versatile, and rigorous skills, as well as good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit to work effectively in an international multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English, the working language at the ESRF
