**Job Description Summary**:
GE Hydro Grenoble recherche un/e chef de projet Achats au sein de l’entité Service. Vous intervenez sur les phases ITO et OTR. Vous êtes le point de contact pour les équipes Projet au sein de l’organisation Supply Chain. Vous travaillez en proximité avec le Responsable de Projet et l’ensemble des équipes Supply Chain : Transport Specialist, Material Planner et équipes sourcing.
Votre mission est la suivante:
- S’assurer de la qualité et de la livraison dans les temps impartis des produits achetés ainsi que du respect des coûts et conditions contractuelles
- Collaborer avec les Regional Commodity Leaders afin de s’assurer que les fournisseurs sont alignés avec les besoins du business Service en termes de cout, qualité et délais.
- Piloter et maintenir votre panel fournisseurs.
- Comprendre les attentes client et fournir la demande de quotation aux fournisseurs, assurer la négociation fournisseurs, placer la demande d’achat et faire le suivi jusqu'à la livraison
- Coordonner avec le responsable qualité fournisseur pour s’assurer que les inspections et documentations soient faites dans les temps.
- Intéragir avec le Material Planner afin de s’assurer que les demandes d’achat et les expéditions se fassent selon le planning fixé.
- Assurer la qualité des données dans l’ERP
**Qualifications Requisés**:
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie et/ou gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Avoir min. 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste ou une coordination Sourcing / Approvisionnement / Supply Chain dans un contexte lié à un projet ou en gestion de projet
- Anglais courant
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements d’équipe interfonctionnels et mondiaux
**Qualifications souhaitées**:
- Des connaissances en hydraulique sont un plus
- Sélection des fournisseurs et gestion des relations
- Préparer et animer les négociations avec les fournisseurs
- Comprendre les produits et utiliser les connaissances et compétences techniques
- Gestion des contrats et sensibilisation juridique
- Gestion totale des coûts
- Experience dans le secteur de l'énergie est un atout majeur
GE Hydro Grenoble is looking for a Purchasing project manager within the Service entity. You work on the ITO and OTR phases. You are the point of contact for the Project teams within the Supply Chain organization. You work closely with the Project Manager and all Supply Chain teams: Transport Specialist, Material Planner and sourcing teams.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery of purchased products as well as compliance with costs and contractual conditions
- Collaborate with Regional Commodity Leaders to ensure that suppliers are aligned with the needs of the Service business in terms of cost, quality and deadlines.
- Manage and maintain your supplier panel
- Understand customer expectations and provide the quotation request to suppliers, ensure supplier negotiation, place the purchase request and follow up until delivery
- Coordinate with the supplier quality manager to ensure that inspections and documentation are done on time.
- Interact with the Material Planner to ensure that purchase requests and shipments are made according to the set schedule.
- Ensure data quality in the ERP
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain management
- Have min. 5 years of experience in position or coordination Sourcing / Procurement/ Supply Chain in project related context or in Project Management
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environments
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Hydraulic knowledge is a plus
- Supplier selection & relationship management
- Preparing and leading negotiation with suppliers
- Understanding products and using technical knowledge & skills
- Contract Management & Legal Awareness
- Total cost management
- Energy industry experience is a strong adder
