About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker to join our team and help drive our international expansion. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement growth strategies to drive international lead generation and expansion.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and goals.
  3. Manage email marketing automation, including writing, template creation, list segmentation, campaign configuration, and follow-up.
  4. Use marketing, sales, and CRM automation tools to track various marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
  5. Implement A/B Testing strategies to continuously improve our approaches.
  6. Set up reporting to gain visibility on KPIs and optimize outbound actions.
  7. Enrich, manage, and update our prospect databases.
  8. Analyze data to identify trends and propose new approaches.

About You:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Growth Hacker/Outbound Marketer role.
  2. Knowledge of the B2B & SaaS ecosystem.
  3. Ability to find innovative solutions to drive omnichannel lead generation.
  4. Constantly seeking new growth hacking techniques and tools.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
