About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker to join our team and help drive our international expansion. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and lead generation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive international lead generation and expansion.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and goals.
- Manage email marketing automation, including writing, template creation, list segmentation, campaign configuration, and follow-up.
- Use marketing, sales, and CRM automation tools to track various marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
- Implement A/B Testing strategies to continuously improve our approaches.
- Set up reporting to gain visibility on KPIs and optimize outbound actions.
- Enrich, manage, and update our prospect databases.
- Analyze data to identify trends and propose new approaches.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Growth Hacker/Outbound Marketer role.
- Knowledge of the B2B & SaaS ecosystem.
- Ability to find innovative solutions to drive omnichannel lead generation.
- Constantly seeking new growth hacking techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
