Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Economic Research team in the Strategy department of the Banking for Large Clients division.
Key Responsibilities
As an FX Strategist Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Tracking currency news from G10 and emerging countries
- Writing a daily morning brief on FX
- Creating visuals and graphics using Excel and PPT
- Participating in publications and writing notes responding to sales/traders/clients requests
- Automating tasks using VBA and Python
- Helping develop innovative statistical models for exchange rate strategies
About the Role
This is a 6-month internship opportunity that will provide you with valuable experience in the financial industry. You will work closely with our team to develop your skills and knowledge in FX research and strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Student at the level bac/bac, preparing a diploma in Mathematics/Econometrics with a specialization in macroeconomics and a great interest in cryptoassets
- Proficiency in R, VBA, Excel, Statistics, econometrics, machine learning, and writing skills
- Perfect fluency in English
